Girlies was born from a refound love of reading and the joy of connecting with fellow book lovers online. There's something magical about how shared interests bring people together, and Girlies is my little way of celebrating that. Whether you're a book girlie, a gaming girlie, or just a girlie who loves a cute accessory, there's something here for you.

As the founder (hi!), I grew up learning to sew through quilting, and that love for handmade craft never left me. Every Girlies piece from cozy e-reader sleeves, statement bookmarks and sassy tote bags, is lovingly handmade by me, using a mix of new and preloved fabric. That means each item is either completely unique or part of a small, limited run.

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days via Australia Post. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

    Any items purchased alongside custom orders will be shipped together when the item is ready. See our FAQ regarding custom orders.

    Shipping is currently available to Australia and New Zealand only.

  • All Girlies products are handmade to a high standard, please note that slight variations may occur, making each piece unique. Due to the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of the items, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

    If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact within 14 days of receipt, and we’ll be happy to help.

  • If required, hand wash or spot clean items only avoiding harsh chemicals or bleach. Do not iron.

    With all bags, be mindful of weight. Don’t be carrying all your books at once!

    All items are handmade to a lovingly high standard, however they are not indestructible.

  • For custom orders that require measurements, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure all provided measurements are accurate. As each custom item is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or returns if incorrect measurements are supplied. Please double-check your details before submitting your order.
